I help clients develop a unique toolset to arm them with the skills and understanding necessary to address their presenting issues. Lifestyle choices, diet, exercise and social support systems are taken into account. I address your physical well-being alongside your mental and emotional health. I gently challenge unhealthy thought processes in order to foster growth and change. Together, we uncover negatively held beliefs. Clients gain insight to connect to their genuine motivations and integrate authenticity with every day choices.
